Luis Coronel is an Argentine industrial designer based in Copenhagen and founder of CL Design Works.

His practice explores furniture and objects as a meeting point between industrial thinking and visible craftsmanship. Working primarily with solid wood, exposed construction and carefully resolved proportions, he develops pieces in which structure is not concealed but becomes part of the visual identity.

Shaped by his experience between Argentina, Italy and Denmark, Coronel’s work brings together Scandinavian clarity with a more expressive and intuitive approach to form, material and making.

CL Design Works develops furniture in small series and numbered editions, with an emphasis on material honesty, longevity and objects intended to remain.
